What is the Ajna Light?

Beginner or Experienced – Up to 30 Minutes


Good for beginners to get a feel for the light (10-15 minutes). For those who have already had at least one session, up to 30 minutes for deeper relaxation and meditation. Includes vibroacoustic sound therapy.

Intermediate – 45 Minutes


Intermediate level for those who have had at least one Ajna Light session and wants to explore their consciousness in more depth. Includes vibroacoustic sound therapy.

Advanced – 60 Minutes


For Advanced Light Travelers with previous Ajna Light experience and for deeper spiritual exploration. Includes vibroacoustic sound therapy.
